There are two ways to attend our classes. You may sign up for a class by class basis and pay the drop in rate or purchase a class card. Class cards are good at both our Portsmouth & Brentwood locations. Spaces are limited, so please call ahead to reserve your spot.

GROUP CLASSES RATES:
Drop In: $15.00
5 Class Card: $60.00. Expires 45 days after the first date of use
10 Class Card: $120.00. Expires 3 months after the first date of use
Card holders are required to bring in their card at the start of each class or a "Drop In" charge will be applied.

PILATES:
1 Class: Private: $75.00 Duet: $45.00 each
5 Classes: Private: $335.00 Duet: $200.00 each
10 Classes: Private: $675.00 Duet: $400.00 each

MASSAGE RATES:
1/2 Hour: $45.00
1 Hour: $75.00

ORTHOTICS:
Custom fitted Orthotics are priced at $200.00.
During the initial visit, a deposit of $100.- is required. When your orthotics arrive and you are ready for a fitting, the remaining $100.00 balance is due at that time.
