This class is designed to strengthen the core muscles using a combination of traditional style mat exercises as well as other equipment. Swiss balls, foam rollers, mat training and some Pilates style movements are used in a creative manner to help stabilize the body, improve balance and promote better posture. This class is a wonderful opportunity to add cross training to an already established work out routine or for anyone just wanting to strengthen the abdominal muscles and lower back. Also, this class is gerat for injury prevention as well as recovery from surgery, injury or pregnancy. Plan on working hard and having fun in this 50 minute class.
