FROM 33:
Turn into Pease, this is Grafton Road. Go past the bus terminal
& continue on until you get to the stop sign, turn left onto Corporate Drive. Take your first right onto International Drive at yellow blinking light. Take a right onto Rye Street just before the Fire Station
Take your first left behind the Fire Station into our parking lot.

FROM NEWINGTON:
Once you enter the main entrance, take a left onto International Drive
Go straight until you approach a stop sign. Paddy’s restaurant is on your left, go straight through the stop sign. Drive ½ mile until you see the Fire Station. Take a left immediately after the Fire Station onto Rye Street. Take your first left behind the Fire Station into our parking lot Building 15, Suite 125, First Floor

Note: We have our own entrance and reserved parking for patients. Our entrance is located at the front of the building on the left side on the ground floor.

FROM NORTH:
Take Route 95 South to Exit 2-Route 101, proceed through toll, and bear right onto Route 101 West.  Continue on 101 West to Exit 7-Route 125 (Epping), take left at end of ramp onto 125 South, (this will bring you back under 101).  Continue about 1 mile on 125 South, Abilities is on the right after Difeo Oil.

FROM SOUTH:
Take Route 95 North to Exit 2- Route 101, proceed through toll, and bear right onto Route 101 West.  Continue on 101 West to Exit 7- Route 125(Epping), take left at end of ramp onto 125 South, (this will bring you back under 101).  Continue about 1 mile on 125 South, Abilities is on the right after Difeo Oil.
