Erin Clements, MSPT, Certified Sportsmetrics Trainer, Core Training Instructor

Erin Clements has lived and worked as a Physical Therapist on the Seacoast for 9 years.  She grew up in Maine, graduating from high school in 1993.  She attended Simmons College in Boston, MA where she graduated with her Masters of Science and Physical Therapy in 1999.  Erin also worked as a manager of a Physical Therapy clinic in the U.S. Virgin Islands for two years. 

Through Cincinnati Sports Medicine, Erin became certified in Sportsmetrics which is the first training program scientifically proven to decrease serious knee ligament injuries in female athletes.  She also contributes to the instruction of a weekly lumbar stabilization program, which promotes core strengthening for spine protection and injury prevention. Erin aspires to further her education and plans to begin coursework towards earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in the fall of 2008.  Currently, Erin is the Center Coordinator of Clinical Education at Abilities Rehabilitation Center. 

In her free time, Erin enjoys spending time with her soon to be husband, family, and friends.  She can often be found in the mountains of Maine and NH skiing and hiking.  She also enjoys solo time doing yoga, running, quilting, and reading.
